2006 | Company Foundation
On January 5, 2006, the automation equipment manufacturer was formally incorporated, with an official registered capital of 10 million RMB, laying the foundational framework for the enterprise’s long-term intelligent manufacturing equipment R&D and production layout.

2013 | Completion & Commissioning of Second Manufacturing Base – Kyber Automation
The enterprise completed construction and formal operation of its second large-scale intelligent manufacturing base under the Kyber Automation brand, greatly expanding the factory’s production capacity, workshop space and complete machine delivery capacity to satisfy surging domestic and overseas automation equipment order demands.
2019 | Official Establishment of Vietnam Overseas Branch
To cater to the rapid expansion of Southeast Asian electronic manufacturing industrial transfer, the enterprise set up a fully functional Vietnam overseas branch factory, providing localized equipment after-sales service, on-site technical debugging and customized production line transformation support for global manufacturing clients with production bases in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
2020 | Shandong Weifang Production Base Officially Put Into Operation
The brand-new large-scale intelligent production base located in Weifang, Shandong, completed construction and was fully put into mass production operation. The base specialized in the R&D, assembly and delivery of new energy lithium battery automated production equipment, further expanding the enterprise’s market share in the global new energy intelligent manufacturing track.
2021 | Gazelle Enterprise Certification & Lithium Battery Lab Jointly Built with Shanghai Academy of Sciences
Two major milestone achievements were accomplished in 2021. First, the enterprise was certified as a municipal-level Gazelle Enterprise, a key honor for fast-growing high-tech manufacturing enterprises. Second, the company formed an official cooperative partnership with the Shanghai Chinese Academy of Sciences to jointly build a professional lithium battery technology laboratory, boosting core technological research and development capabilities for new energy battery automated packaging and testing equipment.
