Automotive wiring connectors undertake vehicle circuit signal transmission, so their dimensional accuracy, terminal assembly integrity and insulation performance must pass strict automatic inspection before delivery to avoid vehicle circuit failure risks.
HY automotive connector automatic inspection line integrates high-speed CCD machine vision modules and multi-channel electrical testing stations to realize one-station comprehensive quality detection. The visual system automatically identifies missing terminals, terminal deformation, plastic shell cracks and assembly offset defects. The electrical testing station detects conduction continuity, insulation resistance and voltage resistance performance of each connector pin.
The whole line runs continuously with automatic feeding and unloading, and defective connectors are automatically marked and separated after inspection. The production line supports mixed inspection of multi-specification automotive connectors through quick program template switching, greatly improving inspection efficiency and reducing manual visual missing-inspection rate. All inspection images and electrical test data are stored for long-term quality traceability, satisfying automotive industry strict component quality control standards.
Full Automatic Vacuum Potting Production Line for Automotive Servo Motors
Automotive servo motors for air conditioning actuators, door locks and adjustment systems need two-component vacuum glue potting treatment to achieve waterproof, dustproof, insulation and shock resistance protection, extending motor service life under complex vehicle operating environments.
HY’s servo motor potting production line realizes full automatic glue filling workflow: automatic motor positioning feeding, precise AB glue proportional mixing, closed vacuum chamber defoaming, constant-temperature curing, CCD glue overflow inspection and insulation performance EOL testing. The precision glue dispensing system accurately controls glue volume and mixing ratio to avoid insufficient sealing or glue waste.
The vacuum potting chamber completely eliminates internal air bubbles after glue filling to guarantee stable long-term insulation performance of servo motors. Modular design allows fast switching of different servo motor sizes and potting formula parameters. All glue mixing parameters, vacuum pressure and curing temperature data are uploaded to the factory MES system for full production traceability, becoming the ideal automated potting equipment choice for automotive servo motor manufacturers worldwide.
